aJOSH FILMS is a film company with a few members, based in Box who enjoy the art of film making and work like that. We are basicly no budget and work with all we can. Many actors are our family and friend who are always more than happy to work in our movies, short films and stories. We do not really have money and would soon apply for grants, but we can't so we appriciate donations. If you are intested in any other work please contact. More information about us is available on the homepage which i've copied here as well:
Josh Films is a small film productions group who set out to accomplish the film making dream... which is to make a feature length film! Here we have the very special films directed by Josh. Josh Films take a lot of time and are usually worked on for a while. Yet the films are just short films and we really wish we could expand.

We do not really have money and would soon apply for grants... but unfortunately we can't... I hope to set up a small film-making club in Box, if you are interested in any other work please contact us.

Josh Jackson lives in Box in wiltshire, he has entered many films in the Co-operative film festival in Manchester, his 3rd film to be accepted is PANTSMAN RETURNS to be shown October 10th and he hopes to win the £150 prize. But... well, he didn't, but hey! Theres always next year!
He has also had films shown in the Bath Film festival summer challenge and designs websites and does other filming for events outside of JOSH FILMS, for more information on his other work visit here. He's always looking for things to film so get in touch and he'll be happy to help out or give advice.
Editing is his real thing so any footage you've got he'll edit, he also edits all our films here along with Becky. The picture above is from the 2007 fest.
But read on below, because down here are the most important people in the world to me. They deserve a mention. In BOLD.
Becky Vowles, aged 16 lives in a village nobody's ever heard of, we met some while ago to film a behind the scenes documentary for the school play "Oliver!" We filmed it all and got down to editing. The film failed abismally as we just gave up due to the lack of memory on the old computer, (but now I edit on my nice shiny macbook). We've done a course in film making (which we ruled, made two films with our best being "Broom of Doom", YouTube it.) We like to make our own weird films too. Even though "sheeees a girlllllll" and we have different ideas she's still the best film making buddy i've got, apparently she co-directed Dawn of the Dead too... or so I tell everyone, and somehow they all believe me! Well anyway, she's one of my best friends too so you can't have her.
Max is the other guy. I've known him since primary school, thats almost 10 years ago. He's taller than me yet younger and always the guy who I go adventuring with, make things explode with and set stuff on fire with... oh and sometimes film with too. Shown here in this still photo from "Dead Pixel". Basicly if I had to give him a role it would be Pyrotechnics and Control guy, in fact, i'm going give him a business card that says that. I'm short of actors anyway and he's always willing, expecially since he's been with us since the Yellow Box Films days, always a necessity.
Emma Lanning, 16, never really wants to be on camera, as she always takes a bad photo, as soon as she sees this one she'll want me to take it down and destroy it, but she's been in my films and helped me out none the less, and the nicest most thoughtful thing she did was give me a chocolate bar when I was under the pressure and nerves of the stage management interview, thank you Ems. Always ready to skip out of lessons to help me edit eat my food, and another of my bestest friends, you can't have her either.
There are lots of other people who have helped out including my family and friends who I can't be bothered to mention, except David who gets to be underlined, yeah you have to keep being in my films forever, ta, but also if you've ever helped out or took the time to watch my films, I thank you. - Josh
DAVID! YOUR LIFETIME CONTRACT HAS JUST BEGUN!
Oh, one more thing. Thank YOU reader for visiting this website, and actually reading this and all about these fabulous people, could I ask you a favour then? Would you give us some money to keep us going? It would be so awsome, it goes through PayPal all nice and airtight, you don't need an account or anything, if you do you'll be one of the most important people in the world and i'll list you below. Thanks also for ignoring all the spelling mistakes too, and maybe donating...?
Thanks for considering.
